Our video editor created the Summit Presenters Video Tutorial below to guide you through your presentation recording process and to help you produce the best possible video. Please be sure to watch the tutorial video before you shoot your test video. We also have a downloadable Audio and Visual Best Practices Document here.
In an effort to get the best quality final recording possible, please record your 60-second test video in the same location you plan to record your full presentation. You’ll find a sample script template for your test video further down on this page. Note: we’d like to use this second portion of the test video for promotional purposes, so your efforts to include this segment will be greatly appreciated.
Naming convention for the recording: FirstName_LastName_Test_1
Send the completed test video directly to our editors, via the link below, for feedback no later than January 9, 2023. Once you submit the video, our editors will review it for lighting, audio, and slide deck layout to ensure all is well for your final presentation. If they notice any issues, they will contact you directly.
